| DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE PARKING From US 59 North You may park anywhere along any of the streets, at no charge. Please be sure NOT to park in a tow away zone. If you are arriving after 7pm, you may also park in any of the student or faculty parking lots. No permit is required to park in these lots after 7pm. From US 59 South You may park anywhere along any of the streets, at no charge. Please be sure NOT to park in a tow away zone. If you are arriving after 7pm, you may also park in any of the student or faculty parking lots. No permit is required to park in these lots after 7pm. From US 59 North There is a flat $2.00 fee for parking in the garage, regardless of how many hours you are there. Once you park your car in the parking garage, you will see an automated blue colored pay station located on the first level of the parking garage. If you are standing directly in front of this pay station, you will see double doors to your right. The double doors will lead out of the parking garage. (If you parked on one of the upper levels, take the elevators down to the first floor. As soon as you exit the elevators, you will see the double doors to your right.) Once you have exited the parking garage, there will be a student lounge to your right. Go left down the pathway. You will pass between 2 buildings (Eugene Felice Malloy Hall to your left and the Robertson Science Hall to your right). You will see the Jones Hall building in front of you slightly to the right. This may seem more complicated then parking on the surface lots, but it really is not. I personally found this much more simple and I avoided the “search” for a parking space. It probably took me twice as long to explain this then actually doing it! From US 59 South There is a flat $2.00 fee for parking in the garage, regardless of how many hours you are there.
